Licence portal

In the licence centre: view and filter licences, buy or claim free licences, renew, change the control-plane IP, generate install commands, top up and profile.

The licence centre (licence portal) handles everything about your control-plane licences: viewing and renewing them, generating the install command, topping up, orders and your profile. Nodes, sites and users are managed in your own control-plane console.

View your licences

  1. Sign in and open "My licences" on the left.
  2. Switch between "In use", "Expiring", "Overdue", "Deleted" and "All" with the tabs. A trial counts as "Expiring" in its last 3 days, other licences in their last 30 days; a new trial shows "Normal" with the days left. Choose "All" if unsure.
  3. To find one licence, search by licence ID, product, IP, domain or note, or filter by product and expiry (within 7, 30 or 90 days).
  4. Check product, "Licensed IP", "Licensed domain", nodes, licence expiry, service expiry, status and note. Licensed IP and domain can be copied; several domains show "+N", hover to see them all.
  5. Click a licence for details: purchase information, licence details (licensed IP and domain, licence code, resets left) and the install instructions on the right.

An empty list does not mean a licence was deleted: clear the search and filters and switch to "All". If it is still missing, make sure you are signed in with the account that bought or claimed it; give the platform the order time or number and never share a full activation credential.

"Licensed domain" is the console domain reported by the control plane; it shows "not reported" until the control plane reports one.

Buy, claim a free licence or renew

  1. On "My licences", look at the licence plan cards at the top: nodes, price, term and how many each account may claim.
  2. Click "Buy now", choose the plan and term and enter the control-plane IP (the server's public IP; only this IP can activate and download the console).
  3. Check the amount. A free licence shows "Free, no payment needed"; just confirm. Paid licences are charged to your balance; top up first if it is short.
  4. Check the new licence under "My licences" and the order under "My orders".

To renew, tick a licence and click "Batch renew", or click "Renew" on its row, then confirm plan and term. A free licence can be upgraded in place with "Upgrade licence" in its details; the installed console and control-plane IP stay the same.

If the page asks for identity verification first, follow "Verify identity". If you have claimed a free licence before, look under "In use" and "All". If an order or payment is unclear, check "My orders" before submitting again.

Change the control-plane IP

Only the registered control-plane IP can activate and download the console. If the server's public IP changed before installing:

  1. Open the licence details and click "Change master IP".
  2. In "Change control-plane IP" enter the new public IP, check old and new, and click "Confirm". The old IP can no longer activate or download. At most 10 changes per 24 hours; "Resets left" in the details shows how many remain.
  3. Check the change under "Change history" in the dialog.

Generate the install command

In the licence details, under the install instructions on the right, click "One-click install script" → "Generate install command" → "Copy". See install the control plane.

Once a control plane is installed, the details page no longer generates a first-install command and shows "Moving servers" instead. The licence follows the master IP, so moving takes two steps: (1) change the master IP to the new server's egress IP; after saving, only the control plane at the new IP can use the licence and the old server's control plane stops receiving it (running websites are not affected); (2) for a whole-server move use "Migrate control plane" on the old one and start it on the new server, which keeps the existing installation and needs no new activation code, see migrate to a new server; or, after changing the IP, generate an activation code on the details page and install fresh on the new server, and the old control plane is retired once the new one activates. The restriction shown on the licence details comes from the server: while your service account is suspended the licence itself is unchanged, but you cannot generate install commands, renew or change licences; your profile and orders stay viewable, and the provider restores the account. A suspended licence is resumed by the provider; an expired one needs renewal first; one not yet active waits for its start time.

Balance and orders

  1. Open "Top up" to see your balance and payment methods.
  2. Top-ups are currently manual bank transfers: transfer from a verified company bank account to the account shown on the page, then send support your username and the transfer receipt; an operator credits it once received. If the page says the payee account is not published yet, ask support; never guess an account.
  3. See type, amount, time and status in "My orders".

If you transferred but the balance did not change, note the time, amount and receipt and contact the platform via "Contact" on the website. Do not transfer again.

Profile and verification

  1. Open "My profile" to check your username, e-mail and balance.
  2. When verification is required, complete the legal-representative and company verification on the page (sole proprietorships are not supported) with your own or your company's real details.
  3. Come back to see "Under review", "Verified" or "Rejected".

Provide any missing details the page asks for, and never send ID documents in public chats. Change your password from the account menu in the top-right corner.

Seller centre

"Seller centre" on the left is where node suppliers and plugin developers apply, set up payouts and settle; see node supplier. Its face verification is done under "Identity verification". If it is not open yet, the page says so.
